2. iOS MOBILE APPLICATIONS

2.1 General principles – All our applications

Arinaé Tech does not collect, store, or share ANY personally identifiable data.

Features common to all our apps:

  • Local storage on your device only
  • Optional sync via iCloud (managed by Apple)
  • No user account required
  • No data sent to our servers
  • Compatible with VoiceOver, Voice Control, and text size increase

2.2 iCloud sync

How it works: Your game data or preferences may be automatically synced between your Apple devices via iCloud if you have enabled this feature in your iPhone/iPad settings.

Data controller: Apple Inc. (sub-processor)

Legal basis: Consent (enabling iCloud in your iOS settings)

Data synced:

  • Game progress
  • Display preferences
  • Game statistics

Deletion: You can delete all synced data via:

  1. App settings > “Delete all your data”
  2. iOS Settings > iCloud > Manage Storage

2.3 In-App Purchases

Some applications offer purchases to unlock premium features or remove ads.

  • Payment processing: Fully managed by Apple via the App Store
  • Data collected: No payment data passes through our servers
  • Purchase history: Accessible via your Apple ID account
  • Restore purchases: Available in the app without creating an account

2.4 Push notifications

Some applications may send reminder or encouragement notifications.

Legal basis: Consent (enabling in app settings)

Data used: No personal data. Notifications are generated locally on your device or sent anonymously.

2.5 Infinite Sudoku – Specifics

This application displays advertisements and may collect data for advertising purposes based on your choices.

2.5.1 Advertising via Google AdMob

Advertising networks used:

  • Google AdMob (Google LLC)

User choices regarding advertising tracking:

When you first launch the application, you will be prompted to allow or refuse advertising tracking via a system popup (App Tracking Transparency). Your choice determines the type of advertisements displayed:

  • If you allow it: Ads may be personalised based on your interests, derived from your activity in other applications and websites.
  • If you refuse: You will only see contextual ads (non-personalised), based solely on the app’s content and your approximate location.

Data collected by Google AdMob:

If tracking is refused (non-personalised ads):

  • Approximate IP address (city/region, not your exact address)
  • Device type (iPhone/iPad model)
  • Operating system (iOS version)
  • Ad interactions (clicks, impressions)
  • Technical data (screen resolution, language)

If tracking is accepted (personalised ads): All of the above data, plus:

  • Advertising identifier (IDFA)
  • Cross-app browsing data for advertising targeting
  • Ad interaction history to improve relevance

Legal basis:

  • Consent (if you allow tracking)
  • Legitimate interest (funding the free application, for non-personalised ads)

Purpose: Displaying advertisements (personalised or not, based on your choice) and measuring their performance

6. DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU

Google AdMob (USA): Advertising data collected by Google may be transferred to the United States. Google uses Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Apple (iCloud – USA): Data synced via iCloud may be stored in Apple data centres around the world, including the United States. Apple applies appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

7. CHILDREN’S DATA

Our applications and website are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you are a parent and discover that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at adeline@arinae.fr for immediate deletion.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time.

In the event of a material change:
